London-based consumer technology company Nothing will open its first flagship store in India on February 14, 2026, in Bengaluru, the company announced on Tuesday. The store opening marks an expansion of Nothing's retail presence following its recent Series C funding round, which valued the company at $1.3 billion. According to the company, the move represents an acceleration of its offline retail strategy in the Indian market.

Founded in 2020 by Carl Pei, former co-founder of OnePlus, Nothing has positioned itself as a design-focused brand. The company launched with a distinctive transparent design aesthetic that has become its signature across product categories. Nothing's products run on Nothing OS, a customised version of Android featuring minimalist design elements, dot-matrix typography, and integration with the company's hardware features.

The Bengaluru location will serve as both a retail destination and an experiential space showcasing Nothing's product lineup and design philosophy. The store aims to provide an immersive introduction to the brand's ecosystem, the company stated.

The India store opening comes as the company seeks to strengthen its physical retail footprint alongside its existing online and partner retail channels.

India represents a significant market for smartphone and consumer electronics brands, with intense competition among both established players and newer entrants. Physical retail stores allow brands to showcase products directly to consumers and provide hands-on experiences in a market where online shopping coexists with strong preferences for in-store purchases.

The Bengaluru location places Nothing's flagship in India's technology hub, home to a significant population of tech-savvy consumers and professionals. The company has not disclosed specific details about the store's size, exact location within Bengaluru, or the complete product range that will be available at launch.
